Why Business account on Pinterest suspended?

hi pinterest community 

My business account is suddenly suspended.i tried my times to login but i realize that my business account has been suspended by violating pinterest  community guidelines.I had never engaged any spamming.then I made another business account but again it is suspended.so I just only want to know that by which mistake my account has been suspended.if I know my mistake then I tried that it won't happen again

so I contact them but nothing is going to be happen.The only thing I just want to know that why my account has been suspended.I just want to know my mistake because when I know my mistake than I will try to never do it again.Suppose if I again make business account and again it would be suspended by same mistake that I do.so that's the issue.
