Updating Pin Photos from old advertisement Pins

Hi!

I recently updated my Etsy listing photos about a month ago and I am currently trying to figure out how to update all of my old advertisement photos now.  These ads are through Pinterest, but were created by Etsy as ads for my shop.  I am now going back and forth between Etsy support and Pinterest support.  Etsy has updated the photos, but now the pins show both photos instead of deleting the old one.  Pinterest is saying Etsy needs to finish the edits, and Etsy is saying Pinterest needs to now help on their end.  Does anyone know anything regarding how to edit old ads that Etsy or Pinterest have created??  Thank you so much!!

Currently, it is not possible to update the Pins from ran campaigns. I would recommend either deleting the old ads and create new ones or add other Pins to the campaign.

If possible, could you please provide a link that's showing other images?

Pinterest support is telling me that Etsy will have to be the one to delete these since I am not the creator...is that correct?  Etsy is who started these ads and created the pins.  They seem to have updated the photos, but as you can see, the old photo is still showing as well.  I really am trying to delete this asap!

When you upload something to Pinterest, other users are able to repin your Pins. These will remain live on Pinterest even when you delete the originals of those pins from your boards or if you delete your account.

The only instances wherein we are able to remove the Pins are if the Pins contain sensitive information about you personally (your name or a picture of your face) or otherwise if, in fact, there is copyright ownership over said Pins.

Okay, I see and understand, I will work on getting the copyrights for these.  

Another issue that I am having, is that Etsy seems to be updating the photos of these ads on Pinterest, but now most of them include both my old photo, and the new photo.  Is there anyway to finalize this last step, of getting rid of the old photo included with the pins?  Here is a link of what I am talking about:
