pins not appearing to select in 'promote a pin'

HI,

I am trying to promote some pins (- i've done a few already). When I select 'promote a pin' it invites me to select - but none of the pins I've made in the last few weeks appears. when I select 'or create a pin' and make a new pin to promote it doesn't appear either ...

Any ideas. It seems really buggy. Thanks

Hi @debbiesvillas!

I can see that you are trying to promote a carousel Pin. At the moment, not all Pins are available to quick promote, this includes carousel Pins.

If you would like to promote those specific Pins, please create a Campaign by going to Ads > Create Campaigns.
