How to start monetizing my Pinterest account

Hello everyone,

 I just started my own business and recently joined Pinterest. 
I don’t have many followers nevertheless I was wondering if I can already start monetizing my account, get partnerships etc. 

i don’t sell products per se but service wondered if affiliate links would work for me. If so, any suggestions which website i should use?
