Can't claim my website

Hi,

I recently bought a shopify store and Pinterest plays a big thing in my strategy, however I'm really stuck 😞

The website that I've purchased is full with amazing original visual content that could work amazing on pinterest, but I can't create even a single pin, as I keep getting this error message. This is because my website has been claimed before and now since I can't find the account that claimed it, I can't claim it again.

Pinterest support isn't helping and basically told me that they have nothing to do, which is super frustrating. 

I tried searching Pinterest using my domain name but I don't see any claimed account.

Guys, please let me know if anyone has faced such thing? If so, what was the solution?

I'm also having the same issue as I can't claim my website. Still, I didn't get my approval email. Could you please check and help me.

Hi Team, I too am unable to claim my website. I see the message: Sorry, Indiva has already been claimed by other user. 

I don't know how and why? Is there a way to know which page/who has claimed my website? So that, I can reach out to them.

Hi Team, thanks for your response. But, I have not claimed my website on @indivalooms. Yet I see that the message that the website is claimed. And hence unable to claim. Please suggest how to go about it. Attached is the screenshots of the same below.

I am having the same issue. I just opened a new business and have a new domain. Now I can't add it to Pinterest. I am with Shopify. I am @augustdayhair

The best way for you to proceed is to file a ticket with our team -- this link goes directly to the team that'll help you claim your website to your account. Please continue working with that team on this as they have the ability to diagnose any issues with Pinterest accounts. I wish there was more I could do here but the teams who work on your ticket are closer to the work being done to resolve your concern.
