I'm posting to seek assistance regarding our Pinterest business account, which has encountered two specific challenges:
1. Account Access: We registered our Pinterest business account (@FIRMABS_official) some time ago, but unfortunately, we no longer have access to the registered email associated with this account. As a result, we are unable to log into the account and manage it. However, we do have access to the contact email displayed on the profile of the account, which is robin@firmabs.com.
We kindly request guidance on how we can regain access to our old Pinterest account, considering that we do not know the registered email address and cannot access it anymore. We'd like to get it back as it has claimed our website.
2. Website Claim: If there's no way to get the old account back, can we disclaim the website from the old account and associating it with our new Pinterest business account (@FIRM_ABS). We want to ensure that our Pinterest presence aligns with our current branding and activities.
Please can anyone provide instructions or assistance on this?
