Adding hashtags - does it help?

Does adding hashtags to a caption help your post? 

I have don't it in the past but haven't seen any difference from my pins without hashtags

I never thought of using those for the hashtags! Great idea! I've only been using those keywords in the descriptions. I'm going to start using them for hashtags and see if they help me.

I agree @owlbbaking I use related keywords from the Pinterest common searches.

I always use hashtags at the end my pin descriptions as well as using them in board descriptions. I also do the same thing as owlbbaking regarding using the Pinterest search to find relevant keywords.
