Verified merchant status

We were already a verified merchant but suddenly it was removed without an explanation.
 
We are seeing a message on our account with the green check  to become a verified merchant'' and a green check for ''Conversion source integrated and healthy
Healthy conversion sources mean better insights. Great job!'' not sure what to do:
 
  • We already claimed our shop
  • Pinterest tag is already tag
  • our shop is with Shopify
  • we do not have the shop tab anymore  
Please let us know how to resolve and move forward with our business. All our info are listed bellow. contact us for more info if required. 
 
We are an online retailer that sells apparel clothing. We have been trying to resolve this issue with Pinterest since 11/17/23. However, we have only getting rejected responses from them with no information at all on how to fix the issue, which has caused frustration.
 
We strive to provide the best customer service possible, which includes setting clear expectations about product quality, price, delivery times, and return processes. Our shop displays an easy and clear return policy that explains the items we accept for returns, the process and time expectations for returns, and our contact information. Additionally, we have a dedicated "About Us" page that details our business offerings along with our relevant social media links.
 
We want to clarify that we do not force users to visit another page that is not original to our brand. To further clarify, the reason why we share our products from Shopify to Pinterest is because we have connected both platforms. This means that when a user clicks on the pin, they are directed straight to the specific item in our shop. If there's any other methods, please do let us know. We also do not force users to register to view our products. Our website is safe and not deceptive. We only have optional pop-ups that allow users to add their phone numbers to receive discounts or any other email marketing. We do not have pop-ups that users cannot close. Lastly, we make sure that our website and product pages are always up-to-date and do not display out-of-stock products.
 
Product requirements:
 
We always try our best to push the items that our pinners ask -all we do is deliver. Our Products follow the community guidelines and terms of service.
Our Pinterest always has current and accurate information about the price and in-stock status of our product. This is obtained from daily feed syncing or allowing Pinterest to frequently scrape meta-tags on product landing pages due to our tag being added on Shopify.
The Pin always displays the specific item, excluding services, that is available for purchase. (organically) on Pinterest
The Pin image and description always accurately represent the product we are selling/advertising on our Pinterest account.

We do not sell any of these items:
Sensitive or disturbing products since our pinners ask to see more word removed per Community Guidelines or swimwear items we posted and they saved them to their boards.
Tobacco products
Unacceptable business practices
Weapons and explosives products etc...
 
WE ONLY SELL APPAREL CLOTHING AND MEN'S CLOTHING ALONG WITH ACCESSORIES AND word removed per Community Guidelines, SHOES ECT JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER STORE.

Unfortunately, we only received AI responses without any instructions on how to resolve the issue, which is frustrating.
