Hello, I lost my Verified merchant program and impossible to put it back. Someone can help me? I need support.

After making changes to the Pinterest tag, it may take up to 7 days until the tag is considered healthy. Please check your Pinterest tag health after this time has passed.

If your account violates the Merchant Guidelines, you will have 2 attempts to correct such violations.

Thank you very much for your reply ! I tried to correct everything : basket, tags and Id products. I will wait for 24h to see if Pinterest accepts the corrections. 
I have a mistake on basket tag and Id products.

We  have been  on Pinterest for close to 3 years  and are merchant verified May 31 notice was received Only merchants without excessive user reports about product Pins or their shop can join the Verified Merchants Program. They gave us 30 days to fix the problem but don't specify what the problem is? So we are guessing. How will I know when the problem is fixed to their satisfaction? You state we have  2 attempts. How do they know when we have attempted the 1st time? And will they respond  with  what the exact problem is if I fail? Mind you we know of no complaints

Regarding the Shopping experience quality message, at this time, only merchants without excessive user reports (multiple reports by Pinners on your Pins and/or shop) can join the Verified Merchants Program. Note that exact reports cannot be shared due to privacy with third parties.

No action is needed on your end regarding this requirement. Please review our Community Guidelines for more detailed information.

I don't believe you understand my situation. My apologies if I was not clear. I am a Verified Merchant and have been for quite some time. . Notice was received May 31 that I am in jeopardy of loosing  that status and  have  30 days to fix the problem. Okay, I believe   we have fixed the issue with regards to ,--->.  Only merchants without excessive user reports about product Pins or their shop can join the Verified Merchants Program. I can only guess because I am not being told specifically what the issue is.  How do I notify the quality control team to re- check  and If I  am in violation to give  me specifics on what the violation is.  It is now  5pm EST and Pinterest  is still  showing I am in violation.

Hey this happened to me too in February, when they say "no action is needed on your part" what they mean is they've already made a decision to boot you from verified merchant program and there's nothing you can do because some of your pins were reported by Pinterest users. In your case it's probably because they're reposts from other peoples content even with credit & permission you're not supposed to do that. I never got my account fixed, and they messed up my merchant account in general when it happened too and now I don't even have shopable pins anymore. Your verified merchant accounts over, might as well put your eggs in another basket unfortunately. I tried for months to fix mine and couldn't. I even offered to pay for hundreds of dollars a month in Pinterest ads to get some help and was still denied, once you get the "excessive user reports" email that account is done, there's a whole group of us on reddit.

Unfortunately I still don't manage to fix my problem except for checkout event code, but a product id problem now is appearing and I don't know how to fix it, find it on Shopify store or Pinterest dashboard. The best way for you to proceed is to file a ticket with our team -- this link goes directly to the team equipped to resolve account-specific issues like these. Please continue working with that team on this as they partner closely with engineering who has the ability to diagnose any issues with Pinterest accounts. I wish there was more I could do here but the teams who work on your ticket are closer to the work being done to resolve your concern.
