I received an email regarding - verified merchant status is suspended etc. I have been getting them the past several weeks and when I click on "view issues" on my business page nothing would happen. So to my surprise that my verified status is suspended and I don't even know why. I tried to find a contact for this and I end up going down a rabbit hole trying to find the correct avenue to solve this problem or at the very least communicate with a person about it. Can you please tell me who to talk to about this. and also where to find out the specifics of why this happened as the emails didn't say other than to click the "view issues" button which took my to my business page and then I click the "view issues" button there and nothing happens.
