Shopify Pinterest catalogue

Hello people, 

I just get my business Pinterest account and verified merchant. i try to do all method to synchronized all products from Shopify to Pinterest but nothing work. i use this Pinterest account with a previous Shopify store but it was long time ago. now i still see the domaine name of this previous shopify store on Pinterest App on shopify. on the other side, when i go to Pinterest account i see all things are good, claimed domaine and new store is linked. i try to contact Pinterest support but i dont know why they did not understand my issue 😕 if any body have any solution please help...

Hi @Morabiba, welcome to the PBC!

If the domain connected to your Pinterest account is correct, please make sure that the Shopify account you are seeing is the correct one. It may be that you have the old Shopify account open.
In order to confirm if everything is well connected, i would suggest to disconnect the app and connect it again with these steps:

1. Disconnect Pinterest on Shopify UI: By going to Settings > Sales Channel > Remove the Pinterest App.
2. Disconnect Shopify on Pinterest: Go to your Pinterest Settings > Security & Logins.
3. Click "Revoke Access" for the Shopify App.

After following these steps go back to your Shopify and connect your account to Pinterest by using the Shopify+Pinterest app.

hi dear, thank you so much for your reply. i just want to let you i did all those steps, but nothing. i believe there an IT issue. i need some one call me from Pinterest to give him access.

Couldn’t connect catalog

It looks like another store is already connected to your Pinterest account. Only one Shopify store can be connected to an account. To connect your catalog, 
 
 
that is the message on shopify. even i revoke all access but stilling like that

I completely understand your frustration. I can see that you've opened up a ticket with our support team regarding the issue. Please make sure to reply back and continue working with that team has they have the ability to diagnose any issues with Pinterest accounts. 

I wish there was more I could do here but the teams who work on your ticket are closer to the work being done to resolve your concern.
