Products not showing up on Shop Page

Hi there. I am now a verified merchant and my date source is working. But I'm not seeing any products in my shop.

I have 2 catalogues, one is named Woocommerce and one is Pinterest. When i click on the woocommerce one I can see all my products. When I click on the Pinterest one it says I have the same amount of products but I can't actually see them. I've added a product group manually to both catalogues but still no luck. I am finding it quite confusing!

Do I need to wait a little longer (I was verified last night).

Thanks

Kate

Ah ok, thought it was something I was doing wrong. Do you know when this will likely be resolved?

Hi @make_me_roar, I just wanted to let you know that this bug has been fixed! You can see your products in the Pinterest catalog by going to: Catalogs > View Product Groups > Pinterest > All Products.

Give us a shout if you need anything else!

Hi @decentcustom_com, thanks for your question.

The majority of people who use Pinterest come here with the intention to shop. This year, our goal is to make everything on Pinterest shoppable by working to build a platform where shopping is integrated throughout the Pinterest app. As part of our efforts to create a shopping experience more in line with how Pinners shop, we’ve decided to remove the shop tab from business profiles.

To help you reach and convert shoppers, we will continue improving upon and creating solutions for Pinners throughout the Pinterest app such as visual search technology and shoppable video. If you’d like to feature product Pins on your business profile, we recommend that you:

  1. Tag products on Pins you have created

  2. Create a board with product Pins. Pinners can navigate to the saved tab on your business profile and explore these Pins

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi @Decentcustom_comthank you for the question!

If you'd like to feature product Pins on your profile, you can still do it either by tagging products on Pins you have created or by creating a board with product Pins, in this way Pinners can navigate to the saved tab on your business profile and explore these Pins.

Let me know if there’s something else I can help you with!
