Hi @PinterestJazmin I tried posting this in the Shopping and Creator conversations multiple times on two different days. It won't let me 😖
I wondered if this could be addressed.
We have a client who is trying to get verified. They were given the "merchant's domain URL is broken" reason. I've looked up several conversations about this. I'm wondering if there could be several different reasons why a merchant's domain is considered broken. For example, could it be that their images in the CSV file are stored in a google drive? Or could Cookies affect it?
Seems difficult to know how to fix it.
Thanks for any insight!

Hey @simplepinmedia,
If you're able to access the website as usual, you can appeal this decision by writing in the box below the warning.
Bear in mind that we do recommend hosting links on the data feed on your server on an FTP/SFTP/WebDAV server or with an HTTP/HTTPS direct-download link.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can help you any further!
@PinterestFernanda Thank you so much! I will pass this on.
