Hi, I just launched my online shop and was excited to have my product catalog through Pinterest. However, I recently received "Notice of Merchant Guidlines Violation" from Pinterest. They listed two violations - Merchant's returns policy is unclear or unavailable & Merchant does not meet minimum website quality requirements.
The violation that Pinterest didn't clarify was "Merchant not meeting minimum website quality requirements". They didn't tell me what I needed to fix in order to be approved. I've read the Merchant Guidelines as they suggested but I'm not violating any of the rules on there. Is that the domain? I've had my domain much longer than 9 months but the site is just launched. Do I need to have more than 11 products on my site? Just what am I violating? How can I fix the issues that I don't know?
Pinterest only let you apply twice so this is my last chance. I feel helpless at the moment.
If you think that your account is compliant to Merchant Guidelines, you still have the option of filing a ticket with our support team, even if your appeals are over. They’ll be able to assist you with this!
