Pinterest pixel setup in Wix store

I need to resolve the Pinterest pixel setup in our Wix store. I've already tried with GTM and Manual, but Pinterest doesn't even send me the instructions by email.

I already reported this problem to technical support but no one responds.

Can someone help me please?
