We have been trying to have our Merchant Status approved for some time now and keep getting flagged. We received our most recent flag after using our final appeal. We were flagged for not having a return policy on our website despite it being accessible through the website footer, as well as being linked on the FAQ page. I have been trying to get help with this issue through every help channel Pinterest offers, but have not heard back from any of my inquires. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with someone who can work with us to resolve this issue?
