Need some help since trying to get in touch with someone at Pinterest seems to simply generate some type of AI response.
Setting up merchant info. and getting reply "Merchant's domain URL is broken"
Our url we submitted has the green checkmark - tested on Pinterest platform and goes to our website. We've had our website for 25 years, sell our products, no dropship, etc. Have of course connected the Pinterest app to our Shopify store and trying to figure out where Pinterest is getting the url is broken problem? Url connected in Shopify Pinterest app is good and showing no issue.
Went through their so called list of violations and none are relevant to our website.
I'm sorry you're having this issue. Please continue working with that team on this as they partner closely with engineering who has the ability to diagnose any issues with Pinterest accounts. I wish there was more I could do here but the teams who work on your ticket are closer to the work being done to resolve your concern.
