Hello! My catalog was deleted due to the fact that my merchant did not meet the minimum requirements for website quality. I contacted support many times, but support responded as standard. I made changes to the site many times and contacted support again, but the answer was the same.
Please tell me how can I find out what exactly is wrong with my site? How can I get the catalog back? Thank you!
Good luck - support for getting your catalog added is terrible. I tried over a year ago, received the following disapproval error: "Merchant's domain is incomplete" and tried to place an appeal. Never received a response. You only have two appeals and after the second you can never add your catalog. Pinterest support (at least with that) is awful and they don't support sellers it appears.
