I hope this message finds you well. I have a question regarding a situation I've encountered while browsing on Pinterest. I came across a merchant's profile where I noticed a specific product being showcased on Pinterest, but unfortunately, I couldn't find the same product listed within their profile's Pins.

I am curious to understand the reason behind this discrepancy. How is it possible for a product to appear on Pinterest, even though it doesn't seem to be featured on the merchant's profile page? Could you kindly provide some insights into how Pinterest's algorithms and content distribution work in such cases?

As part of our efforts to create a shopping experience more in line with how Pinners shop, we’ve decided to remove the shop tab from business profiles. To help you reach and convert shoppers, we will continue improving upon and creating solutions for Pinners throughout the Pinterest app such as visual search technology and shoppable video.

If you’d like to feature product Pins on your business profile, we recommend that you to tag products on Pins you have created, and create a board with product Pins. Pinners can navigate to the saved tab on your business profile and explore these Pins.
