Help with Verified Merchant Tag

I've been trying to fix my merchant eligibility for a month now but I don't know what the problem is. My handle is @rika_4you and I'm still getting an error message. I've tried to re-connect it to my shopify, and contacted shopify as well, but still not able to figure out what is wrong. Please assist.
