Hello, i recently joined the interest platform to test the ads here and i got everything set up but i am seeing some issues here:
1- i connected my shopify store and the tag got connected automatically but it doesn't seem to be tracking ad to carts and products IDs, tried to do the manual option which is adding this piece of code onclick="atcPin()" to addtocart and sticky addtocart in the code but still the same error showing in the ads>conversion>tag health also using the pinterest extension
2- Can't launch a conversion campaign right off the bat, i think i understand this one, due to lack of data etc but sill i want an answer to this
3- launched a traffic campaign it got approved after like 20 or 22 hours but it is not spending any money, it has been active for like 6 7 hours but not spending, what's the problem ?
4- I customized my KPIs table but everytime i click on it to break down the results, it doesn't come up, i still get the regular pinterest KPIs table, i tried putting it on default but it is not changing
5- Last question, is there a CBO and ABO options in Pinterest ads ?
6- also, is there a chat now option for business support ?
