To remain a verified merchant, you must fix the issues within 30 days from May 10, 2023.

Don't know how to fix. Need help.

I would suggest following these few steps in order to help you fix this issue:

- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Make sure your browser is up-to-date. 
- Try from a different browser.
- Try from another computer.
- Disabling any browser extensions one by one.
- Temporarily turn off any ad blocker software you're running.
- Make sure that an antivirus present on the computer isn't running any kind of ad blocker.

If none of these tips helped, I would recommend filing a ticket so our support team can look into this and investigate.

I have no idea how to fix this as we have hundreds of page visits and #1-4  we seem to meet the criteria. Not sure what to do to address this.

Um... my site besteverbackdrops meets the criteria of #1-4 and not sure how we can fix this? How are we to "prove" we meet #1-4?  As you can see from our stats, we do. 

What is the fix you suggest?

Yep... agree. Their solution doesn't seem "fixable." Wish they'd offer a solution but from our stats, we are in compliance.

PINTERESTLVANIA: we have many checkouts and meet all the criteria #1-4... so what is the solution and "fix?"  How and where are we to prove we meet the criteria as out stats differ from yours. Can you please advise?

So it's been 5 days since I have verified that all the events are showing. I know you say it can take 7 days. However, I worked my word removed per Community Guidelines off to get this verified merchant status. And I am not happy that it may go away because of a glitch. I have until June 8th to fix this. Is there any more help you can give?

I tested in Firefox and Microsoft Edge to the same issue.  I opened a ticket and included a screenshot of the error like I did here along with proof of the two sales through Pinterest.

Hoping the resolution is quick and painless.  We've been verified 'for ever' and surprised that this is going on.

I got this issue yesterday, and I checked the event history that these 4 things all happened in the last 30 days as mentioned. Are there any other problems? Thank you.

Did you get the problem resolve after filing the ticket. It looks like we are facing the same issue. All the event's are triggering correctly, and we get the Conversion source needs attention warning on the business hub page.
