Conversion source needs attention

Hi

I am receiving this below message and was wondering how to fix this? and why did it appear when nothing has changed in the settings. I am receiving results back properly when I am testing the event.

"Your conversion source must be fixed to continue. Changes to the source may take up to 24 hours to show an updated conversion health status."

Please Help!

If you're getting this error message, please make sure that you're meeting all of the Pinterest Tag VMP requirements. In the last 30 days:

-At least one page visit event
-At least one add to cart event
-At least one checkout event
-Checkout events have currency
