Alert 4057 - how to resolve?

Hello! We are getting "Alert 4057" in our shop here on Pinterest. We're using Shopify with the Pinterest channel.

Can you please explain what it means and how to resolve this alert? It's unclear from the error code list in the help section. Thank you!

Hi @janesagenda, welcome to the PBC! 🙂 

Error 4057 appears when your products on Shopify are not available for Pinterest. Please make sure that all the products you want to import to Pinterest are marked as Available to Online store and Available to Pinterest. You can do this in the Shopify bulk editor.
