1 appeal left, what am I missing?

Hi, I was verified for many months through the Verified Merchant Program. Then all of a sudden I received an email saying I was disapproved. Nothing had changed with my business.

The first time it said I was not approved for the following reasons:

- Merchant's website displays several pop-up messages

- Merchant does not meet minimum website quality requirements

I went through and made sure there was not more than one pop-up on the website and that it was easy to close. I also went through the merchant guidelines carefully and made sure my website abided by all of them.

I re-applied and was denied again.

The second time I was denied these were the reasons:

- Merchant's website displays several pop-up messages

- Merchant's social media links are broken

I know for sure that my social media links are NOT broken (I checked and triple-checked) and I only have minimal if any pop-ups and they are easy to close.

Any suggestions before I appeal for the final time? Should I reach out to customer service? What am I missing??

Hi @nowthaticando, and welcome to the PBC!

In order to keep shopping on Pinterest inspirational and actionable, we require merchants on Pinterest to meet our Merchant Guidelines. If you have any questions about the guidelines, please review them here, or in the initial email you may have received with more details. You can also review our Help Center article, which explains the eligibility requirements in more detail!

If your account violates the Merchant Guidelines, you will have 2 attempts to correct such violations. If you've used both of your appeals, you can contact our support team at this link, they will be able to better assist you with this situation.

Thank you, let me know if you have any questions!
