This new parameters made Adsense earnings indeed drop because most of those urls are accessed only once. Adsense treats them as totally new urls and doesn't serve adds on them for at least a few views of the page. Not sure why, but that's how it works.
The real question is why that ssp_iabi parameter is being added in the first place and whether it is indeed being added by Pinterest. I couldn't find any information on this. If someone knows more please let me know.
Thanks for the question, @familyhint! @PinterestThalyta any insight?
Hi @familyhint ssp_aibi timestamp query string is used to identify Pinterest iOS in-app browser events. However, as we've been receiving some complains about it, we decided to turn if off.
Apologies for the inconvenience this caused. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
I'm still seeing the ssp_aibi stamp in my ad data from last week. It is severely impacting my revenue.
Is there something else I can do to turn it off?
Hi,
Some how... Its shows up again
It's been turned back on - I'm seeing "ssp_aibi" in may GA data again
There are a lot of these prefixes, all perceived as new URLs
Good afternoon, the problem is again relevant, and causes great problems
I have the same problem. How to get rid of it?
Good afternoon, can I get some feedback?
Google Adsense does not show ads, big problems with the cache of the website.
No feedback from you. This problem will be solved? Or now it will always be like this and need to think what to do about it?
