I am pinning on the behalf on Pinterest users via the API and I am encountering this 500 error in a small percentage of cases:
message: 'Something went wrong on our end. Sorry about that.'
Access token refreshed and the error persists.
Does anyone have any experience with this. Documentation does not cover this error and there isn't much online.

In order to help further, could you please file a ticket via Help Center (option: API and Developer Tools)? It would be the best choice as it is a private support channel. When creating the ticket, please also include the endpoint being used, the parameters set, and, if applicable, the advertiser ID being used in the request.
