Do you mean just daily functioning type updates or do you mean big product launch updates?

Pinterest does "updates" on a constant basis for the unassuming ones such as how your profile looks, where a button goes, how a Pin is distributed, etc. You can read the articles Pinterest Engineering puts out - https://medium.com/@Pinterest_Engineering
