New Pinterest Business User : Pins are not uploaded

Hello everyone, 
I am Safaa, I'm new in the community. I hope you guys all very well
I have a question... Whenever I upload a pin and then publish it, once i refresh the page, it keeps showing the message" you don't have any data yet". 
Have anyone experienced similar problem before ?

It's likely just a glitch. How long has this been happening for you? If it persists I would contact the Pinterest help desk 

Is this  your account? It looks like you were able to publish Pins before so I think it's just a glitch. Let me know!

Yes, it's been 2 days now... same problem, it just doesnt show on my dashboard
