Hi Creators!

Our User Education team is currently hard at work to improve the Pinterest Help Center for Creators. If you’re not familiar with it, the Pinterest Help Center is the place to quickly get answers to your questions, learn how to use Pinterest and troubleshoot issues. To help you find success as a Pinterest Creator, we’re considering creating a page that has all the information you need, in one easy-to-read place. Think: how to get started, how to create and optimize content, and more! But before we dive into development, we want to gather some insights from the experts (you!) to make sure that it has everything you need.

1. How do you find relevant content on the Help Center? For example, do you use the search or the topics?

2. What type of content do you most frequently come to the Help Center for? For example: step-by-step instructions to answer one-off questions, guides, troubleshooting content, tips or best practices on how to optimize your content, etc.

3. Do you think the Help Center has the content that you (as a creator) need to be successful? Please explain why or why not.
