Merchant's shipping policy

We continue to get this message and cannot figure out how to resolve once and for all! Has anyone gone through this?! Thank you.

Merchant's shipping policy is unclear or unavailable
We recommend following these best practices for shipping policies:
- Ensure that your shipping policy is clearly visible and easy to find on your website
- Display expected shipping or processing times and costs, in addition to download information for digital product sales

Hi - Welcome to the PBC!

I read your post and had a look at your website …. really love your site!

Shipping Policy - Even if you don’t ship physical products you need to state something to the effect of

” once payment is received Services are provided within a certain time frame et al.” 

Unfortunately, you cannot not have a Shipping Policy.

This is the link to the Merchant Guidelines 

Below are the specific Merchant Requirements required for Shipping Policy

  • The merchant must have an easy to find and clear shipping policy that displays expected shipping time.
