Hi!  I am trying to post a video on my Pinterest account and it isn't letting me do so. It does not even show the option of uploading videos with image uploading option. Can someone help in this regard?

Hi there @GreenEconomyPartnerships_, welcome to the PBC!

Once you are in the creation tool, you can create a video Pin one of two ways: 

  • Save directly from URL by selecting the globe icon on the bottom left from asset picker and select a video to upload from the URL provided 
  • Select multiple images, multiple images and videos, multiple videos, or one video from asset picker and proceed to the Pin creation flow (please note: adding expressive features will not change the format of the Pin, it will remain a video Pin)

Hi @GreenEconomyPartnerships_, I wanted to follow up on this thread to see if you were able to fix the issue. If not, I wanted to get a bit more information to see if we can help you out further. Are you suddenly not seeing the option to create a video Pin but were able to before? Or are you trying to upload but it’s giving you an error message? Let me know, thank you!
