Unable to upload videos

Hi, I have a business account, but I am unable to upload Video Pin. Please support to get this resolved.

Hi @danZcollection, welcome to the PBC! 🙂 

Once you are in the creation tool, you can create a video Pin one of two ways: 

- Save directly from URL by selecting the globe icon on the bottom left from asset picker and select a video to upload from the URL provided 
- Select multiple  images, multiple images and videos, multiple videos, or one video from asset picker and proceed to the Pin creation flow (please note: adding expressive features will not change the format of the Pin, it will remain a video Pin).

Hi @danZcollection, I wanted to follow up on this thread to see if you were able to fix the issue. If not, I wanted to get a bit more information to see if we can help you out further. Are you suddenly not seeing the option to create a video Pin but were able to before? Or are you trying to upload but it’s giving you an error message? Let me know, thank you!
