Unable to upload video pin

We have uploaded some videos successfully. For the last few days, We are getting an error every time when we are uploading a video. The error message is below.

 

The media upload id you are trying to use has not been uploaded.

I would suggest following these few steps in order to help you fix this issue:

- Clear your browser's cache and cookies. 
- Make sure your browser is up-to-date. 
- Try from a different browser. 
- Try from another computer. 
- Disabling any browser extensions one by one. 
- Temporarily turn off any ad blocker software you're running. 
- Make sure that an antivirus present on the computer isn't running any kind of ad blocker.

@ediiie_official I have no solution for you right now but I do want to let you know I'm hearing this from others right now as well. I think it's probably something on the backend they're fixing.

I am having an issue when trying to upload a video. I get a warning stating that I am not permitted to access the resource. I don't know what this means as I created the video. Please can you help.

Sorry for the trouble you are experiencing on the app. Here are a few suggestions:

  • Reboot your device
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
  • Update to the latest version
  • Try switching from data to Wi-Fi (or vice versa)
  • Clear data from your Pinterest app (this doesn't affect your Pinterest content)
