I would have to say definitely 1&2 which seems to be the popular vote for sure I would also have to say 6-intriguing thumbnail cause that first impression before any movement happens it has to catch my eye!

1 and 3 for me. Either a breathtaking face or an amusing content(the first frame) catch my attention instantly and I follow it up

1, 2, & 3 for me. If it looks like I'll learn something, I may stop for a moment, but when there is a video to show me how, I'll stay to watch. Seeing a face always attracts me more.
