Pins blurry on mobile

hey,

So I noticed that my Pins look super blurry on mobile but not on desktop. Did anybody have the same problem and solve it already? I uploaded the videos to Pinterest from my computer and my phone, but it made no difference; the result was still blurry on my mobile.

Hi, Welcome to the PBC!

I read your post - I have heard of video issues in the past, especially when there have been recent updates to IOS, such as Apple. In some cases, updating the Pinterest App and other software can sometimes fix the issue but not always.

On this issue, I would suggest reaching out to Pinterest Support + Filling A Ticket so that they can better assist you. Unfortunately, here in the PBC, we can't assist with Technical Issues like this.

It's probably because of your internet connection. Many of my idea pins are sometimes (not every time) blurry for the first few seconds, but get normal afterwards.
