Hello, I'm trying to post video pins with my business account and every time I upload the MP4, the video works in the preview, but once I publish the pin, it becomes an ordinary image, not a video. Help! What am I doing wrong? This post for example, is supposed to be a video. https://www.pinterest.fr/pin/342203271701402404/

Hi, same here! Our last Video pin turn into a static pin that we can NOT use to advertise. Sounds like a bug, I just open a case about it. @jamiealexanderart do you have any update about this case? (funny because I'm coming from Toulouse also btw)

@jamiealexanderart from your business account, you have a menu to let you open a case (browse the support page and go down, you'll find a link going to a form to open a case). You're right, that's definitely a problem but I'm confident Pinterest is already aware of that issue!
