Hello! Since the announcment was made regarding an easier way to create content on Pinterest, will this affect any Idea Pins that my clients may have on their accounts? Can we go back and add links? Will they now be video pins? Thank you for any clarification.
Christina 🙂
@LVSPinterestManagement Hi Cristina! 🙂
Yes, they can edit links on their previously published Pins. Please note that by editing links on any Pins including Idea Pins, they will lose previous community engagement interactions on their post such as reactions and comments.
With our Pin creation tool they have the ability to create both image and video pins under the same flow. There are no other distinctions aside from format type.
You can check more info on this PBC article with the new FAQs regarding our Pin Creation Announcement.
Hope this helps. Let us know if we can help you any further!
