Issues with notifications/News feed

Hi everyone.  I’m new on here.  I have a question. I have been having issues with the news feed.  The one that has updates about other creators pins and messages….  I haven’t seen anything on my feed in 3 days now.  I have emailed Pinterest 2x.  No response.  Is anyone else having issues?  Or does someone know who I can talk to?  My blog is connected to Pinterest and it’s starting to affect it.  Thanks !
