Issue tagging products from Amazon using my associates links

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble tagging products in Idea Pins from Amazon using my associates links. I'm based in the UK and have a business account. When I try tagging the product, either through the stickers or through the new product tagging feature, it just says 'Sorry, this site doesn't let you save ideas to Pinterest'. I've tried using mobile and desktop affiliate links, and the shortened and full link versions, but always get the same message. Please could someone help? 

I logged a ticket with Pinterest Support, but they closed it with a reply about messaging which was nothing to do with the ticket I logged.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. I can see that you've opened up a ticket with our support team regarding the issue and I would recommend filling a new ticket, as the team partner closely with engineering who has the ability to diagnose any issues with Pinterest accounts. 

I wish there was more I could do here but the teams who work on your ticket are closer to the work being done to resolve your concern.
