Idea pins won't publish! Yet again!

This is starting to get a TAD frustrating. With all these idea pin issues on the mobile app. 

For days now I have been getting this error message when trying to publish idea pins for clients. Some accounts, work some don't. 

I have: 

• Updated the app
• Updated my iPhone
• Cleared the app cache NUMEROUS times yet, I still get the below error every time. It's HOURS of time wasted that I now have to re-do due to yet another glitch. 

Pinterest, PLEASE get it together. 

Anyone else getting these errors? 

This won't let me upload the image but it keeps saying "Oops! Sorry, something went wrong on our end!" Every single time.

I email support and they are ZERO help.

Sorry for the trouble with Pinterest on your iOS device. I would recommend doing these steps one more time to see if it helps:

- Reboot your device
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Update to the latest software version
- Try switching from data to Wi-Fi (or vice versa)
- Clear cache (this doesn't affect your Pinterest content)

Also, make sure that you have enough space on your iPhone.

Yes, I did all the above, about 3 different times. 

The help desk is sadly no help either. Just frustrating as I work on many different client accounts, all of which are having this issue on their end as well. So I know it's not just my phone.

I have the same problems if the idea pin gets saved as a draft. I can't publish any of my drafts. I'm smart enough not to save them as a draft, but sometimes the idea pin would save as a draft by itself when I click through the apps while working on a new idea pin.

I'm having the same issue.  Most of my Idea Pins aren't saving and if they save as a Draft then I can't post them.   I'm working on a Mac PC...not a mobile device.  😞

I'm sorry for the situation you are facing. Considering that the issue is on your web device, I would recommend trying a few things to help fix it:

- Clear your browser's cache and cookies
- Make sure your browser is up-to-date
- Try from a different browser like Firefox or Chrome 
- Disable any browser extensions one by one
- Open Pinterest in private/incognito mode. This feature is available on desktop and mobile devices on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari web.
