IDEA PINS doesn't upload

From google chrome My pin idea doesn’t upload. The progression bar stays on 0 indefinitely. I’ve never had loading problems. Can someone help me?

I would recommend following these steps:

- Clear your browser's cache and cookies. 
- Make sure your browser is up-to-date. 
- Try from a different browser. 
- Try from another computer. 
- Disabling any browser extensions one by one. 
- Temporarily turn off any ad blocker software you're running. 
- Make sure that an antivirus present on the computer isn't running any kind of ad blocker.

I am having the same problem.

I did everything you told me. I tried Edge and even Firefox, it still doesn’t work. Maybe it’s some different issue?

Since the troubleshooting couldn't solve the issue. What I recommend you and @teamitaliasrl to do is file a ticket with our team, who will be able to diagnose and figure out what's going on with both of your accounts.
