Hi there, I'm having a problem with my Pinterest account. I've been adding pins to my boards, but the prices are showing up on all of them. I want to remove the prices so that they're just regular pins without any pricing information. Can you please help me figure out how to do this? Thank you!
I have price on all of my pins, I don't want it..

Do you have Rich Pins setup so it is pulling that info from your website?
I don't know, can you help me ? I know that when I create a new pin and add it to Pinterest, a price is automatically added to it, which I don't want. I want it to be a regular pin
Hi @Sqezeer, thank you for your question and welcome to the PBC!
Information like prices on Rich Pins are synchronized from your site to the Pins. In order to change or remove the price, you will need to contact the site host and after the changes are made, Pinterest will update them automatically. You can check more info in this Help Center article here.
I hope you were able to solve it. Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with!
I just want to know, why pinterest automatically set my pins as product pins, I just want to add pins which i created as regular pins, not as product pins with prices.. I add meta code to my website but it doesn't solve the problem. My problem is that pinterest automatically put my regular pins to market place where all products are and shows similar products with prices as well, I check other veryfied merchants and they add pins normal without prices..
Hi @Sqezeer,
Pinterest gets information from the meta data that you have on your website. This information makes build their Rich Pins.
To remove all Rich Pin data from your Pins, you'll need to add the following codes to the header of your page before the closing body tag, on every page that has products that you Pin:
<meta name="pinterest-rich-pin" content="false" />
This tag will override the rich Pin meta tags on those pages. You can use this Help Center article to guide you.
