How do I get followers?

I have had to learn all my own digital marketing and everything, and im not sure how to get followers to get organic traffic to my website. Please help me.

It's not the followers that will bring you the traffic. It's your solutions to the problems people have, the inspiration you give to the people searching for something that will sparkle their minds. The number of followers doesn't matter on Pinterest. It's the impressions and pin views that you should try to increase.
