 Trying to figure out on here the best way to promote my business without advertising

Hi @patricfranks1975 I'm so glad you are here and asking questions!  Here are three tips for growing on Pinterest:

1. Use Keywords that your ideal client or follower on Pinterest is searching for

2. Be consistent.  Consistently pin whether that 1 or 5 pins a day

3. Review analytics monthly to see what pins are ranking best and make more of that type of content

Good luck and stick with it.  You need to give this search marketing platform time to work it's magic.

My issue is I have only one Pin showing and cannot download  any others. So I have a on line Teespring  Apparel and product store. I have about 7 placeit templates on my placeit account, but I cannot download them on Pinteres cause it says I don't enough engagements. I know advertising is what is going to grow my business, and give me more reach and resources, but I do not have the funds to advertise right now.

I would suggest thinking of pins as a way to advertise who you are, what you do/offer, and other value you offer. Free or paid. So, invest in creating high quality standard pins and video that your ideal audience with want to engage with.

Then link back to content on your website. I like to tell myself that I need to have a reason for people to want to visit my website and then either subscribe to my email list or spend money with me.
