First Pin - Video post

HI All,

I am trying to create my first pin which is a video post.  I have checked the specs for the video and all is in line.  However, Pinterest only gives me the option of adding a .jpeg file and blocks me from posting a video.  This is a business account and it is new (I opened it today).  I have tried everything from the help section on Pinterest to Google search and even AI help but cannot seem to figure out what I am doing wrong.  Any help would be appreciated for this newbie.

Thank you for the suggestion, I appreciate it.  I have sent them a ticket with a screen shot and explanation now.
