Can't reply to comments on my Pins

Is anyone else having trouble replying to comments and questions on your pins? I'm able to type in a reply in the bubble but when I press Enter my reply disappears. I've tried on both Chrome and Mozilla.

Hi, glad you made it to the PBC!

I have not personally seen that before, but I would suggest reaching out to Pinterest Support on this. Unfortunately, here in the PBC, we cannot address more technical issues.

I had the same problem a while ago but it went away after a day or two. I guess it's just a glitch.

I would suggest doing these few steps in order to help you fix this issue:

• Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
• Make sure your browser is up-to-date. 
• Try from a different browser.
• Try from another computer.
• Disabling any browser extensions one by one.
• Temporarily turn off any ad blocker software you're running.
• Make sure that an antivirus present on the computer isn't running any kind of ad blocker.
