Can't edit bio

Everytime I go to edit my bio - I get the following error message "Uh oh! Looks like you entered an email address - please try again.". In the email box is the email "pinner@pinterest.com" and I can't remove it. I've tried Firefox, Chrome, and my iphone app to get around this and I have had no luck. My bio is many years old and I want to change it to better reflect my blog and business.

The best way for you to proceed is to file a ticket with our team -- this link goes directly to the team equipped to resolve account-specific issues like these. Please continue working with that team on this as they partner closely with engineering who has the ability to diagnose any issues with Pinterest accounts. I've continually tried to log a ticket but my request times out and nothing happens. I'm eagerly trying to update my bio to current information and continue to get the same error response " "uh oh!Looks like you entered an email address-please try again" due to the grayed out pinner@pinterest.com email in the email form. When I upload the screenshot and press continue it redirects back to the home screen. Can I get another form or person to please help me out. I've been trying to fix this for months.

Im having the same problem, but instead, anytime i try to change my bio, 'Sorry, your request could not be completed.' That term comes up, how do i fix this? Its irritating me so much.
