Account Suspension

Hi, have 2 Pinterest accounts, one I use just for art ideas, the other one I used for my business, the Username of the other one is "langareva", and it has been SUSPENDED since yesterday. I haven't done anything that is against Pinterest Guidelines. I haven't sent spam, or send DM s 3 times with links, and not posted anything harmful or anything else. For my Pinterest posting  automation I was using Tailwind, which is a trusted partner of Pinterest. I have tried to contact Pinterest Help center, but only answer I receive is an automated answer, I can't contact anyone with whom I could speak. 

Please can someone help me get my other account back, my business is just standing frozen now and it affects everything....

The best way for you to proceed is to file a ticket with our team -- this link goes directly to the team equipped to resolve account-specific issues like these. Please continue working with that team on this as they partner closely with engineering who has the ability to diagnose any issues with Pinterest accounts. I wish there was more I could do here but the teams who work on your ticket are closer to the work being done to resolve your concern.

Dear Pinterest Team,

 

as of yesterday, 19.11.23, my business Pinterest account with username "langareva" has been suspended without any statement as to the cause. Before posting, I carefully studied the community guidelines to ensure compliance. On receiving the suspension note, I checked once more. I still cannot find any violation of said terms in my postings. I can't find anyone with whom I can talk. I have sent tickets through the Help Centre, but the only answer I get is automated, I have tried to post here to talk to someone and ask for help, and I have received a fast answer from PinterestFernanda (for which I am really thankful). The answer was, that I could contact the Help Centre by creating a ticket, which I have already done, but for some reason, I couldn't reply to that comment to make it clear. 

I am out of options, i dont know what to do, my Business is frozen. Please help me get my account back.

What if the link says they can’t accept the submission? Who do I talk with?
