Hi. I’ve had an account for 7 years now and suddenly it’s just been suspended. I’ve submitted a contact request but it’s been a week and I haven’t received any support or response. I’ve sent so many and it’s just become irritating. I’m not sure what else to do. That account means so much to me.

I completely understand your frustration. Since you already filled a ticket with our team, we recommend you to keep working with that team on this as they partner closely with engineering who has the ability to diagnose any issues with Pinterest account-specific issues like these. You can also reply to the last e-mail you received from our support to reopen it.
I wish there was more I could do here but the teams who work on your ticket are closer to the work being done to resolve your concern.

The thing is i’ve filed a ticket many times only because I haven’t had a response, only an automated email and that’s about it. I’m not getting any help at all and I can’t email the team directly. I’ve tried everything and I’m not getting any support

Hi @PinterestFernanda , I’ve done that already aswell but somehow i still get an automated email saying my message hasn’t gone through. this is the message i get:
‘Oof! It looks like your message didn’t go through. This usually happens if it’s been awhile since we’ve heard from you, or if your original question was closed. Sorry about that!’
even though i reply straight away so im not sure what the problem is
